Control playback speed with Wowza

Use the slowmotion plugin to interactively control the playback speed.

standalone demo

The Slowmotion plugin provides these features for Flowplayer. The Wowza server is required when using this plugin. Wowza calls this feature 'trickplay' and this page shows how to use it with Flowplayer.

Note: Wowza's trickplay works only with FLV-encoded videos.

Configuration

We use the Slowmotion plugin to control the trickplay. We are streaming from the MaxCDN network, they have slow motion enabled in their Wowza servers.

flowplayer("trickplay", "http://releases.flowplayer.org/swf/flowplayer-3.2.18.swf", {
